For those of us who use their electric bicycles as their main source of transportation, it is not difficult or uncommon to ride away having forgotted to unplug the charger. It is probably corallary auto drivers who leave their headlight on - back when you could do such a thing.
Anyway, if you do this and end up breaking the charging port, it is a good idea to replace it quickly, as broken connections can short and replacement batteries are much more expensive.
Please note that this part is difficult to replace. While we will include a printout of relevant procedures from the A2B Service manual, we cannot provide free phone support for you if you get stuck. On this one, it is probably best to have it replaced by an authorized A2B dealer, if one is in your area. And so you know, to keep the warranty valid, it has to be installed by an autorized A2B dealer.
